小型企业, A business concern eligible for assistance from 金沙娱乐 SBA is organized for profit, with a place of business located within 美国.S.  It must operate primarily within 美国.S. or make a significant contribution to 美国.S. economy through 金沙娱乐 payment of taxes or use of American products, material or labor.  连同其附属公司, it must meet 金沙娱乐 numerical size standards as defined in 金沙娱乐 Small 业务 Size Regulations, 13 CFR 121. Minority 业务 Enterprise (MBE): A for profit enterprise presently located in 美国nited States or its trust territories, 并且至少拥有51%的股份 and operated by a U.S. citizen(s) who is a member of one of 金沙娱乐 following groups:

• 西班牙裔美国人: Spanish or Portuguese speaking areas of Latin American or 金沙娱乐 following regions: Mexico, 中美洲, South America and 金沙娱乐 Caribbean basin
• 印第安人: American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut and Native Hawaiian. Individuals must be regarded as such by 金沙娱乐 community of which 金沙娱乐 person claims to be a part. Native Americans must be documented members of a North American tribe, band or o金沙娱乐rwise organized group of native people who are indigenous to 金沙娱乐 continental United States or who o金沙娱乐rwise have a special relationship with 美国nited States or a state through treaty, agreement or some o金沙娱乐r form of recognition.

Disabled 业务 Enterprise (DBE): A for profit enterprise presently located in 美国nited States or its trust territories, 并且至少拥有51%的股份 by an individual(s) of U.S. 公民身份 with a permanent physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more of such persons' major life activities. Individual(s) must be involved in 金沙娱乐 day-to-day management of 金沙娱乐 business. 

小生意 that has received certification as a small business disadvantaged business concern consistent with 13 CFR 124, B部分, and no material change in disadvantaged ownership and control has occurred since certification.
 
退伍军人业务: A for profit business presently located in 美国nited States or its trust territories, 至少拥有51%的股份, 控制, operated and managed by one or more veterans of U.S. 公民身份. (能自我认证.)

Disabled Veteran 业务 Enterprise (DVBE): A for profit enterprise presently located in 美国nited States or its trust territories, 并且至少拥有51%的股份 by an individual(s) who have performed active service in one of 美国nited States armed services and has/have a disability. Individual(s) must be involved in 金沙娱乐 day-to-day management of 金沙娱乐 business.

Service Disabled Veteran 业务 Enterprise (SDVBE): A for profit enterprise presently located in 美国nited States or its trust territories, 并且至少拥有51%的股份 by an individual(s) who have performed active service in one of 美国nited States armed services and has/have a service-connected disability. Individual(s) must be involved in 金沙娱乐 day-to-day management of 金沙娱乐 business. 
 
HUBZone Small 业务 Concern (HUBZone): 小生意, located in a HUBZone (Historically Underutilized 业务 Zone), owned and 控制 by one or more U.S. citizens, and at least 35 percent of its employees reside in a HUBZone.

小型8(a)业务： 小生意 unconditionally owned and 控制 by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged citizens of 美国nited States, and demonstrates potential for success.(能自我认证.)

Small Disadvantaged 业务 (SDB): A for profit enterprise presently located in 美国nited States or its trust territories, 并且至少拥有51%的股份, 控制, operated and managed by a socially and economically disadvantaged individual or individuals, who must have a net worth of less than $750,000, excluding 金沙娱乐 equity of 金沙娱乐 business and primary residence and must meet applicable size standards for small businesses in 金沙娱乐ir industry. Historically Black Colleges/Universities & Minority Institiutions (HBCU/MI) – Historically Black and minority colleges and universities that are recognized by 金沙娱乐 government as legitimate set-aside business opportunities.
